At the initial meeting, we will discuss all your ideas, colors, and if you have a theme or interest that you would like to include in your invitations. I will have a few samples for you to look at, along with possible design elements. This meeting is so that we can begin to get to know each other, to see if there is a good fit between what you want for your event, and what I can provide. This consultation is always free of charge. If you decide you would like me make samples for you, there is a $35.00 design fee, payable in advance. If you can give me an idea of how you would like the wording to read, that is helpful at this time.
We'll meet again in about two weeks. Several samples (OK, its usually more like six or seven, because once I start designing, it's hard to stop!) will be presented, complete with pricing for all elements. You can choose one, a combination, or offer new suggestions. You could even walk away, but I hope that you don't!
When an order is placed, all the text will have been proofed and approved, design elements finalized, and payment made. The deposit required is half of the total amount, with the balance due upon delivery. You can expect delivery in two- four weeks.
Because the invitations and other pieces I create for you are custom, pricing is always done on a per piece basis. Even if you choose a design that is similar to one shown in the gallery, the price will vary due differences in paper, the number ordered, and the options you choose. For this reason, prices are not included in the galleries, however I have indicated a price range for each example. The ranges are as follows:
Prices include 100 invitations and envelopes, plus a response postcard.
